In the “Rule Type” dialog of the wizard, select “Port” as the rule type. This will launch a wizard to create a new inbound access rule. In the “Actions” sub-menu, select the “New Rule…” menu item. In the “View and create firewall rules” section, select the “Inbound Rules” menu item.
